Wi-Corr is a scalable wireless monitoring solution designed to continuously track corrosion under insulation. This provides plant operators with data driven insight and proactive alerts before failures occur. Sensor data is processed through the Wi-Corr TREND software platform, which applies AI-driven analytics to estimate remaining service life and identify degradation hotspots across the plant. The platform calculates corrosion rates, probability of failure and provides intuitive geospatial risk mapping to prioritise maintenance activities. The Wi-Corr CUI technologies (Proximity and Quanta) delivers continuous, wireless surveillance of moisture within thermal insulation layers on pipelines, vessels and complex geometries (elbows & valve boxes). These sensors can be installed on live plant and are rated for hazardous areas (Zone 1 & 2), for comprehensive protection with no operational disruptions.

Wi-Corr Quanta gives real-time liquid-phase water ingress detection across 40 metres of pipeline per sensor pair, with a sensitivity level of 10ppm and max insulation temperatures of 200 degC.
