In our Nu-Bolt Assembly, an I-Rod component, a half-round, high-strength thermoplastic, creates a water-shedding, low-contact interface that prevents moisture entrapment and galvanic coupling, thereby eliminating crevice corrosion.
The I-rod in conjunction with the Nu-Bolt component (a Polyshrink-coated U-bolt) electrically isolates the pipe, preserve the coating and allow for thermal movement without damage.
